Gary is our Founder and Principal Social Worker. He is an AMHP, BIA, Social Supervisor and our Lead Expert Witness. Gary has worked as a Head of Social Service before becoming a full-time ISW and Expert Witness.

Jaimie is an Advanced Social Worker, a qualified BIA, practice supervisor and is our South East lead.

Michelle Tandy

Michelle is an Advanced Occupational Therapist, moving and handling trainer and is our South West lead.

Akhil Jose

Akhil is a Specialist Social Worker, a registered CQC home manager and BIA. He serves as our Learning Needs and Neurodivergent Lead.

Sarah is our Deputy Director, a qualified CBT therapist, a registered social worker and an experienced team leader. Sarah has worked as a manager of a hospital team reablement team and is our lead for quality and standards.
