Founding Director | Chief Social Worker | Court Appointed Deputy (Health & Welfare)

Gary is the founding director/CEO of Nova Care Consultants. He is a registered social worker, AMHP, BIA, Social Supervisor and Expert Witness. Gary has worked as a senior leader and left Local Government as Head of Social Service (Adults) before becoming a full-time ISW Expert Witness with Nova, a firm he established in 2017. In 2026, Gary became a Professional Court Appointed Deputy for Health and Welfare, and is one of only a dozen non-legal Deputies working across England and Wales.

Sarah is a director, our chief therapist and a registered social worker. Sarah has worked as a team leader and assistant team manager for a hospital discharge and reablement team before taking up her full-time post as Operations Director of the UK's fastest-growing independent health, care and social work consultancy. Sarah leads our community engagement services, serves as the Safeguarding Officer Lead, and can act as a Professional Attorney under an LPA.  In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and travelling.
