Gary is the founder of Nova Care Consultants. He is a registered social worker, AMHP, BIA, Social Supervisor and Expert Witness. Gary has worked as a senior leader and left Local Government as Head of Social Service before becoming a full-time ISW Expert Witness with Nova, a firm he established in 2017. In 2026, Gary became a Professional Court Appointed Deputy for Health and Welfare, one of only a handful of non-Solicitor Deputies. Gary can communicate in Makaton and is working towards his Level 4 Diploma.

Sarah leads our community engagement services, serves as the Safeguarding Officer Lead, and can act as a Professional Attorney under an LPA.  In her spare time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family.
