Discount Offer
Nova Care Consultants is proud to support the Blue Light Card initiative. As recognition of the invaluable contribution made by Blue Light Card members to our communities, we offer a 5% discount on all assessment services to eligible card holders and their families.
This discount does not apply to disbursements, travel costs, or non-assessment services, including expert witness services, CHC or Section 117 Aftercare appeals, or training services.
Eligibility
This discount is available to current Blue Light Card holders with a valid membership, and to family members we are supporting on their behalf. Eligible groups include:
Emergency services personnel (NHS, police, fire service, ambulance, and other eligible emergency service staff)
Armed forces personnel (save where they are not eligible for the Armed Forces Covenant discount)
Teachers and academics
Social care workers and other eligible professionals, as defined by the Blue Light Card scheme.
How to Claim
To redeem your discount, please present your valid Blue Light Card membership (digital or physical) at the time of booking or initial enquiry. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once a Schedule of Terms has been issued.
Terms of Use
The 5% discount applies to assessment service fees only. It excludes travel, disbursements, third-party costs, and non-assessment services.
The discount must be claimed at the point of booking or initial enquiry. Retrospective discounts cannot be applied.
Only one discount or promotional offer may be used per service or transaction. This does not prevent the discount from applying to multiple assessments booked simultaneously or on separate dates, provided the membership remains valid.
The discount is non-transferable and may only be used by the Blue Light Card holder or a family member they are supporting.
Blue Light Card membership must be valid at the time of service delivery.
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or voucher codes.
Nova Care Consultants reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
Standard Nova Care Consultants Terms of Business apply to all services and do not affect your statutory rights.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of a Nova Care Director shall be final.
