Discount Offer
Nova Care Consultants is proud to be a signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant and is committed to supporting those who serve or have served in the UK Armed Forces, and their families. In recognition of this commitment, we offer a 10% discount on all assessment services to eligible Armed Forces Covenant members and their families.
This discount does not apply to disbursements, travel costs, or non-assessment services, including expert witness services, CHC or Section 117 Aftercare appeals, or training services.
Eligibility
This discount is available to:
Serving military personnel (Regular and Reserve forces)
Veterans of the UK Armed Forces
Bereaved family members of Armed Forces personnel
Spouses, civil partners, and dependants of serving or veteran personnel
How to Claim
To redeem your discount, please provide evidence of your eligibility (such as a MOD Defence Discount Service card, Veterans ID card, or other recognised proof of service) at the time of booking or initial enquiry. Discounts cannot be applied retrospectively once a Schedule of Terms has been issued.
Terms of Use
The 10% discount applies to assessment service fees only. It excludes travel, disbursements, third-party costs, and non-assessment services.
The discount must be claimed at the point of booking or initial enquiry. Retrospective discounts cannot be applied.
Only one discount or promotional offer may be used per service or transaction. This does not prevent the discount from applying to multiple assessments booked simultaneously or on separate dates, provided eligibility remains valid.
The discount is non-transferable and may only be used by the eligible individual or a family member they are supporting.
Proof of eligibility must be valid at the time of service delivery.
This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or voucher codes.
Nova Care Consultants reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
Standard Nova Care Consultants Terms of Business apply to all services and do not affect your statutory rights.
In the event of any dispute, the decision of a Nova Care Director shall be final.
