To mark National Conveyancing Month, we are offering 15% off our conveyancing capacity assessments for new instructions accepted during March 2026. The discount applies to the assessment fee only and excludes travel costs and any other agreed expenses/disbursements.
Eligibility
This offer is available to anyone (including private clients, family members, solicitors, and other professionals) who provides a new instruction that is accepted by us between 00:01 on 1 March 2026 and 23:59 on 31 March 2026 (UK time).
“New instruction” means a new booking/request for a conveyancing capacity assessment that has not previously been instructed, booked, or confirmed with us.
How to claim
To redeem the offer, you must quote code “MARCON” at the time of booking/instruction (e.g., by phone or in writing). If the code is not provided at the time of booking, we may be unable to apply the discount retrospectively.
Payment deadline
To qualify for the 15% discount, full payment must be received no later than 31 March 2026.
If full payment is not received by 31 March 2026, the instruction will not qualify for the promotional rate and will be charged at our standard fee (plus travel/expenses as applicable).
Where an invoice is issued, the discount is applied on the basis that payment is received by this deadline.
Appointments in April (carry-forward)
If we are unable to complete the appointment in March due to availability, we will honour the 15% discount for an appointment taking place in April 2026, provided that:
the instruction was accepted in March 2026,
“MARCON” was quoted at booking, and
full payment was received by 31 March 2026.
What the discount does not cover
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, the discount does not apply to:
Travel time, mileage, parking, tolls, rail fares, or other travel-related expenses
Additional work outside the standard scope of the conveyancing capacity assessment (e.g., urgent turnaround requests, supplementary reports, addendums, conference/consultation time, court attendance, or expert witness work)
Cancellation, late cancellation, or non-attendance charges (where applicable under our standard terms)
One discount per instruction
The offer applies once per eligible instruction and cannot be used multiple times for the same assessment.
Cannot be combined
This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotion, or special pricing, unless we confirm otherwise in writing.
Cancellations, rescheduling, and non-attendance
Cancellations/rescheduling are handled in line with our standard terms of business. If an appointment is cancelled and later rebooked, we may need to review whether the promotional rate can still apply (particularly where a new date cannot be accommodated in April 2026).
Right to withdraw or amend
We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this offer at any time. This will not affect eligible instructions already accepted during March 2026 where “MARCON” was quoted at booking and full payment was received by 31 March 2026.
Governing terms
This promotion is subject to our standard terms of business, which continue to apply in full.
