Capacity Assessment (COP3 Service)

If you need an urgent COP3, please call us on 0333 335 6547 before booking.  Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm and weekends and Bank Holidays 10am to 4pm.

Please note that our assessors will use their own transport to meet with you at your home.  We charge travel at the current rate of £30 per hour + VAT and 60p per mile + VAT.  We will invoice you separately for travel fees once the assessor has been identified. 

After payment has been made, our client care team will contact you by email or telephone and ask you complete a referral form (we call these scoping sheets).  We can do this with you on the call if you prefer.  

After we have the scoping sheet completed, we'll allocate this to an assessor the same working day, so long as the form is with us before 4pm weekdays and by midday weekends and Bank Holidays.  

You will then hear from the assessor within 2-3 working days by phone or email, whichever is your preference.  Our assessor will introduce themselves, confirm the assessment type and book an assessment with you or a nominated party, such as a care home or care agency.
